Emax F3 Magnum Orientation issue

I'm having a problem with my new Emax F3 Magnum flight stack, the flight controller is attached to the 4in1 esc via pin's so it can't be connected the wrong way, and the ESC has the battery jumpers out the back so I don't understand why the layout of the motors is off by 90 degrees.

If you have an easy solution to what I might have missed I'd love to know!
