Jared Spataro - Reworking how work happens and the great re shuffle to new patterns

I had the great opportunity to talk with Corporate Vice President, Modern Work @ Microsoft, Jared Spataro recently where we had a wide ranging chat around Modern work, though leadership and the great re shuffle.
