The OpenIPC build part 2: Flashing firmware and getting the video stream working

Welcome to part 2 of my OpenIPC project. There's quite a lot to cover in the one (hence the length). We need to flash our camera and ground station, wire up the wifi adapters, add BECs working on different voltages, configure some bits of software, and test it all out... and that's not including the issues I ran into :)
