How to add dialogs windows in Dashboard 2.0 - simple dialogs, but also entry forms

For my File Browser project, I needed some dialog. Simple confirmation dialogs, but also dialogs with input fields. So I started working on them with the help of the community. This should get you started if you need dialog for your project as well.
