Upgrading Linux (and Mac) to 10GB Network

As for click bait, I could have Titled this video as Thunderbolt blows PCI out of the water, but that can't be, since Thunderbolt is essentially an PCI interface with added layers to adapt it. So the truth is its a mis-configured or out of date driver PCI vs Thunderbolt comparison :). So in this video I talk about why I am starting the migration to 10GB and how I am going about it.
