Quite a lot as happened since the original Red Hat post about the future of obtaining RHEL SRPMS via a public repository, and the RHEL distributions which have been the most affected have published their responses: Alma Linux, Rocky Linux, SUSE, and Oracle Linux.

I have not seen a post from EuroLinux yet, which is another distribution based on RHEL.
