Brookshear Machine Emulator Op-code 9 and Subtraction

Today we take a look at Op-Code 9 from the Language Description Table (Brookshear's Appendix C). I explain what the Op-Code does and perform a sample subtraction problem to help demonstrate a use for the XOR.
