Don't believe the hype. You can't learn to program and get a job making over 100k per ear in 3 months.
The truth about getting a job as a Web Developer is that it takes time and hard work. Ben Awad, one of my favorite programmers on YouTube says the same thing, and he happens to be one of the youngest and smartest YouTubers I follow.
If you are wondering, "Should I learn to code"? Just because you want to make the big bucks you have to realize that this is a difficult journey that requires a lot of dedication and lifelong study.
There are no short cuts, so don't fall for the " Learn Python and makeover 100k in under three months" type of courses.
Instead, come up with a plan, daily routine, and dedicate at least 2.5 hours of study daily to learn, and start building things as soon as possible.
Let me know in the comments some of the other myths that you heard in regard to how easy it is to make it as a self taught developer.
