In this video, I talk about my experience learning to code as a self-taught programmer and how it has been a blessing in my life and why you should not quit.

If you are looking to get into web development or looking to switch careers, I just want to tell you that it is possible. Just a few months ago I got my first job as a junior software engineer.

I never went to college and all my learning has been on my own. It was not an easy path, and it is still hard. But it is not impossible.

The advice I am about to give you is something you hear everybody say. "Just Code". And you know what. It is true.

The more you practice the skill the better you will get.

So my suggestion to you is to always be building projects. There is no short cuts.
