As a self taught web developer, I have made many mistakes. But the one that will slow you down most is not setting realistic expectations when learning to code.
It can prevent us from working as a web developer because of the fear that we might not know enough.
Regardless if you are learning HTML, CSS, javascript, or React Js. Please understand that difficulty and struggle are a normal part of your journey.
Just keep at it.
