Speaking from experience, usually when someone hates their job, it is because they are not doing what they want.

And that makes perfect sense, but then why are people complaining?

Is it because their job suck or is it because they are not willing to put in the effort to learn a new skill and switch careers.

Honesty is the best medicine. Even though this channel is about programming, and switching careers to software engineering.

I think everyone can benefit from this video. So here is some career guidance from a self taught developer.

I know what it is like to fail, it was not until i realized that it was up to me. I did not start taking personal development seriously.

Regardless if you want to learn to program so you can become a web developer or just trying to do something new, don't stop.

Keep going, because it is always better than staying the same or even worst, moving backward.
