FreeNAS 11.2 Official Release | New features and Overview

This is a video review of FreeNAS 11.2 Official Release and goes over the new features including the switch to the new web interface.

The new web interface -Far more elegant and modern -Everything has moved and things have been renamed (pools/volumes) -Themes

Jails and Plugins have been retooled -Since they have migrated from warden to iocage, all plugins and jails need to reinstalled. Please note: You need to migrate them via script or uninstall from warden before installing in the new system. Otherwise they be installed twice!

Other Changes -Increase in cloud sync and encryption options -Update in OpenZFS -Bootloader changed from GRUB to Native FreeBSD -Misc VM stability fixes
