Installing Git in Terminal

These are all of the commands used in the video
sudo apt-get install git sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get upgrade
git config --global push.default simple git config --global user.name "user_name" git config --global user.email "email_id"
git clone url
git add * git commit -m “some message goes here” git push
git branch (checks current branch) git fetch git checkout test
If you want credentials temporarily stored git config --global credential.helper 'cache --timeout 3600'
If you want permanent credentials do this before push git config --global credential.helper store (first time only) git push
