Rust Console: How to Start (The Rust Village Example)

Today I'm going from a fresh start in Rust with just a rock and a torch to a Rust Starter Base with enough supplies to keep farming for AGES! This is how to go from zero to a base in the console edition of Rust! So this Rust Starter method works for Xbox & Playstation but isn't the best for PC!
