Is Rust FIXED? | Patch 1.03 For Rust Console Edition (Xbox and Playstation)

Path 1.03 for the console version of Rust was supposed to fix lag, stop 5 second pauses and make Rust for console the game is was supposed to be! Unfortunately, the patch doesn't seem to have delivered so lets talk about patch 1.03 for Rust, what went wrong, how long until Rust is fixed and why this weekend is likely going to be another weekend without Rust for people who own Rust on the Xbox One, Xbox One X, Xbox One S, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X. Hopefully Playstation 4, Playstation 4 Pro and Playstation 5 will stay on patch 1.02.
