Xayn is a private search engine which personalizes search results not by tracking but by user interaction. Swipe irrelevant websites to the left and relevant results to the right, much like a certain dating app. The alogrithm runs locally on the device so Xayn might be a noteworthy concept for the future of web search. Competitors to Google, like DuckDuckGo and Startpage, certainly will have to improve their search results to become competitive.
