Elementary OS 6.0 Odin is the biggest update yet to the Linux operating system that calls itself a 'capable and ethical replacement to Windows and macOS'. Multi-touch, dark mode and app sandboxing are just some of the new features that were released in August. The open-source elementary OS is marketed privacy-respecting and secure. Controversy around Microsoft's upcoming Windows 11 and Apple's macOS Monterey might have prompted some people to look for alternative operating systems. This video provides a quick guide on how to install elementary OS, a short review on the recent update but also highlights some issues I've had with elementary OS when I tried it on a MacBook Air as well as on a desktop PC.
