ICP Is Interesting But.... Stable coins? Money Markets? Ethereum NFT Access?

I have been invested in ICP and have explored the ecosystem for a bit and in some respects I think it is the most amazing thing and on the cusp of taking over but in other ways I will be on chain and feel like there isn't much going on compared to what is going on with Solana and the Binance Smart Chain. I think it is strange their are no money markets like Venus or Aave like we have on other chains where I can post my ICP as collateral and borrow a stable coin against it. In fact there seems to be no stable coins on the Internet Computer Protocol which is very strange for an ecosystem that has been operational for as long as it has been and also the fact that there is chain key Ethereum I would think that USDC and USDT could be interacted with over there? Also I see no platforms where you can buy and sell Ethereum ETFs which is strange because there is the one platform where people can interact with Bitcoin Ordinals.
