ICP Investors Getting Frustrated? Has The Market Spoken?

I have been feeling the pulse of the ICP community and as an investor I take weight on how many people seem to be positive about the way things are going. I have seen it with various different projects overtime in the 10+ years in crypto. My question is if the frustration is purely price related or is it also functionality, funding, and governance related as well. One of the situations that sticks out in my mind from the past is when Quark went to top 6 on CoinMarketCap in 2014. It fell away from that position and someone on Reddit was saying, "Don't you get it, everyone already saw it and took a pass." That really stuck out to me and I never forgot it. I have often worried about that same situation with future projects I have invested in. EOS is one example that was very polarizing and had potential but lost momentum and has almost completely fallen off the first page of CoinMarketCap after being as high as the 3rd position. I'm not saying ICP falls into the exact same scenario but I often worry something like that can happen.
