Bob does a little question and answer from the loyal subscribers that left comments under some of our videos and Emdoor also left a comment on one. Emdoor is a new manufacturer based out of China and Bob did a review on a couple of their units. They ended up saying, "Thank you, Bob, it's nice to see our product on your channel. Emdoor's rugged tablet is heavier than others because we have a 10,000-milliamp-hour removable battery. Besides the tablet has an internal magnesium panel so it's more stable when dropped and vibrated. However, the tablet hand strap and handle are helpful to have a better user experience." In the video, Bob mentioned how heavy the tablet was compared to other tablets. Like Emdoor said, it is because of the battery and the metal casing. Then they also said, "The EM-I16H is a cost-effective model for some end-users who need affordable rugged tablet PC, so we use customized industrial display. We also have some high-performance choices in 10 inches. Emdoor is an experienced OEM, and ODM manufacturer. Considering you mentioned the after-sales issues. We have partners globally, they can supply accessories and services locally." Here they answered Bob's concern in the video on where to get replacement parts and where to get it serviced when needed. Next, we got a comment from Trevor that says, "Hi Bob, we have 170 Toughpad FZ-N1s that are giving us difficulty while using in the rain. Even in rain mode, the app will go crazy as if someone is touching the screen all over will changing the touch sensitivity to 'low' make any improvement?" Bob didn't have an FZ-N1 to test here, but he talked to one of the techs here at BJCS and the answer to this is to try and put it into glove-touch mode. The third comment that we received says, "Hi, I'm trying to set up a CF-52 it says the phone number doesn't look correct, but it is correct. It's in the United States, with a plus one as the leading number. The only thing I could say is, my phone number and area code are from California and I live in Arizona. Does that have any effect? But anyway, I can't set this computer up-is- are there any tips you can give me to get past this little point right here." Bob is going to need more information to give a more accurate answer, but one thing to check is the time and date settings in the BIOS. Let us know if that works or if there is anything else that you can let us know to help you better!
