All donations will be refunded in the event that Siba Games pays for the fees associated with our lawsuit against them.

This can happen either through settlement outside of court, or through court directly (which will be astronomically more expensive for them if they force us to use that option.)

The Copyright Act of 1976 (Section 507) grants us three years to raise the funds necessary for our lawsuit, and if Siba Games refuses to settle then we intend to use the entirety of that time raising the funds necessary for our lawsuit against them.

Their only other option will be to declare bankruptcy and shut down their studio. The decision is up to them.

We also expect them to drop all DMCA strikes against all Youtube channels that have been covering this situation.
