Why Stock-to-Flow model predicts $100K Bitcoin (before Dec. 2021)

Stock to flow model or S2F is a model for Bitcoin's value (or BTC price) that is based on scarcity as defined by the stock to flow ratio. This model is heavily debated on Bitcoin/crypto Twitter and you might have heard people mentioning this model because it predicts between $50-100k for Bitcoin's price after this next halving event in May 2020. However there are also many nuances, statistical details, and critiques/objections to this model.
