Alight welcome back bros and broettes, in today’s video we discuss an array of topics as I make a return to YouTube and from injury. Firstly is the new David Laid DUP Program (Daily Undulating Periodization), and how I again plan to log/vlog it all, as I did with the Ogus753 routine (hopefully with a less painful result 😉). David Laid’s newly released DUP Program is essentially a commercial release of the previous DUP Program he has shared in the past, created by Elliot (aka The Half Blood Hobbit), just with an eBook on his take and some slight adjustments. It uses basic DUP percentages/rep ranges/sets and also utilizes the RPE method. I also go on to discuss the newest social media platform you may have heard of, Vero. Vero is still pretty new, but ever growing as they’ve surpass 1 million users. Vero is a mesh of Instagram/Twitter/Facebook all in one. Whether it stands the test of time is unknown, but I am on Vero, so give me a follow and show some love 🤙🏼 Lastly I discuss Instagrams algorithm and how engagement ratios, ghost followers, and more has ruined/shadow banned my account and my new Instagram.
