SMALLTALK - INTJs HATE IT, ENFPs ARE COOL WITH IT - WHY?

"Ugh, not smalltalk again", some people might say. Especially INTJs and INFJs. We heard both types saying negative things about smalltalk. In this video we argue that the nature of the talk is up to BOTH conversation partners. Which makes all the complaining about the shallowness of small talk kind of obsolete. What do you think?
