I figured out how to Create YouTube Chapters From Your Video. It may seem long, but I cover EVERYTHING you need to know about this new feature on YouTube. Once you get the process down, it's SUPER quick and will save you headaches of manually doing this. Although this example is in Premiere Pro, I bet it can work ion your video editor.
