Morrowind at Home Part 2 Character Mesh and armor
Average Godot Enjoyer
1)We are going to generate a human model with make human.
2)We then rig that model with Mixamo animations and bring it into blender.
3)We separate the mesh in blender to make hiding segments of the mesh easier.
4)Import the mesh after fixing of our base character mesh into Godot.
5)We acquire armor assets from make human which is free.
6)We weight paint the armor to be used with our skeleton in blender.
7) We export the armored model into Godot so we can take the armor and drop it onto our previous skeleton.
