Anxious matrix inserts from the spiritless and the path of deep deprogramming

A lot of matrix inserts broadcasted by the spiritless are there to create anxious states for the reals. In this video I share a few personal examples I have observed in my direct realities lately, including with spiritless templates pretending to be well-intentioned. I also noticed a mass media insert that caused a bit of derailment before an important event I was hosting. It's important to go back to the root cause of what triggers anxiety as it's very often artificially implanted in our realities. I also approach triggers carried out by other spirited beings and the effect they have on us.
Deprogramming is about noticing we are able to do things in a different order or stop doing certain things. We quit self destructive patterns or leave addictions aside. We keep on leaving aside false narratives and false reality living fields organized around us. We extract from what is false and engineered. We also notice an upgrade in the bonds we are able to manifest in our realities, having more true friends around, people who can make you cry because of who they are walking to be here. Deprogramming is about exiting states of cognitive dissonance where we don't see reality for what it is. And the more deprogrammed we are, the more we can assist others in revealing their unconscious.
