Visualization is a helpful exercise if you're feeling unmotivated.
It gave me a kick in the behind this morning. I explain in the video. I then intentionally used 3 visualization exercises to boost my motivation and help me focus on the things that truly matter.

These three visualization exercises will boost your motivation because it gives us clarity of the bigger picture of what our priorities are.
Visualizing your future is a hopeful way to reverse engineer the steps you need to take to make that visualization is a reality.
