Intro To Synthesis Part 3: Oscillator Synth Tutorial

In this video I show you all about oscillators in synthesizers (VCO's, DCO's, etc). I show you how the oscillator section on a Roland Juno-106 works, the oscillator section in Diva by U-He, and the wavetable section in Serum by Xfer Records. We look at waveforms through a scope, and I teach you how you can expect what a wave will sound like before even hearing it. Hopefully after this video you will be able to pick up any synthesizer and understand its oscillator section.
