WOD 127/2020 - warm-up stretching
Task 1 - 25 (+1) pull-ups with 17.5 kg weight vest (5/5/5/5/5/+1)) & 25 push-ups
Task 2 - 90 squat thruster at 20/20 kg done in 3 sets a 30 reps - each set containing 5 rounds of 6 squat thrusters - every 90 seconds
