Sunday online meeting & workout with my friends Ravi, Michael and Anand: today Caveman WOD Nemesis - see the link and free PDF for details - link below [https://www.cavemantraining.com/caveman-kettlebells/kettlebell-workout-nemesis/] 1.st task: 5 min - deadlift - dead clean/ squat - dead clean / press R/L = 1 rep - done @ 24 kg - 8 reps 2nd task: 3 min - single arm swings 4 reps starting dead each side - 4/4 R/L 6 times @ 36 kg (48 swings) 3rd task: 5 min isometric hold - 30-sec. deep squat-alternating with 30-sec overhead press-done@ 16/16 kg 4.th task - 20 min AMRAP - seated press R/L - 2 push-ups - 3 jump/clap burpees - done 16 rounds - 3 reps at 16 kg and 13 reps at 20 kg (note the 32 push-ups count for my day 24 of 25 days of #suicideawareness push-ups) #cavemantraining #innercilrcle #nemesis
