How to download and play Project Brutality 3

When I saw project brutality 3.0, I thought "I have to have a play with this!" but as the software isn't quite 'GA' release standard, the documentation on how to download it and play it isn't super clear. A picture paints a thousand words, so a movie about how to install it must be worth even more!
