iPhone 16 / Pixel 9 New Hardware Yet Delayed New Software, Why?

Taking a morning walk and my mind got me thinking about yesterday Apple Inc event and the launch of the iPhone 16 / Pros and how they will come with software that doesn't have the New Siri or majority of Apple Intelligence features which is a trend. Google Pixel 9 / Pros are doing the same with launch carrying Android 14 instead of Android 15 has got me thinking of there's something with the lastest AI they are not saying. What could it be?
