Making my own Alexa EP.4 | Using 3D printing to build the device!
Alfredo Sequeida
I made my own rip-off version of Alexa and I called it Karen. In this video I use 3D printing to finalize our device and create an internal structure and container to host our build using openSCAD. The printer I used to create these parts is the Creality Ender 3 V2. Using 3D printing we are able to have a lot more flexibility when it comes to making the parts for our build. So using the openSCAD's documentation, I was able to create a model that consists of different bases that together make up the internal structure of our build as well as a cylindrical container that gives the whole device a finishing and more professional look. All of the source code for the build is open source and is hosted on GitHub.
