I'm looking for a complete type set of US Gold coins, $1, $2 1/2, $5, $10 and $20 for metal detecting research. I need coins no NO HOLES and no solder from being jewelry. Basic lower grade common date, mostly undamaged coins are fine for my purpose.

Approx value between $5,000 and $6,000

What I'm offering in trade is THE rarest thing in all of coin collecting. The counterfeiters hoard...3 mold pieces for shield nickles that were made in the early 1870's. 2 are a perfect match, obverse and reverse of the same mold. the 3rd piece is from a different mold, reverse only, the obverse to this one was not found.

These simply do not exist outside of a museum, impossible to find one for sale at any price, much less a collection like this!
