Raspberry Pi 4 Bluetooth - No Useable Services

After initial setup of my new Raspberry Pi 4 I was unable to transfer files to my Galaxy phone using Bluetooth. Any connection attempt to the Galaxy resulted in a "No useable services" warning message. Though not Raspberry Pi 4 specific, the video explains how I fixed the problem and should work across all pi flavors. I am now able to transfer images between my phone and the Raspberry Pi 4. To install run: sudo apt-get install blueman
