Our group has gone into great detail about these subjects. Interestingly the interactions from the Ephod and breast plate were discussed in this presentation. Another subject we really delved into and it was exciting to see others have as well. Understanding that their is no true solidity, all matter is not what most think of it as. Their is know solid matter. Frequencies play into that aspect. Thinking manifests into sound, sound becomes light, light transitions into hard light which we visualize as solid matter. However the frequency of that thought, which is sound, which is light has a phase much higher than we can perceive so it appears to be solid.
