Well, in a nutshell, our minds are designed with one major focus and this focus, while useful in many ways, can also often get in the way. We fixate on an issue or a problem to the point that it BECOMES the problem.
Having a gratitude practice helps to balance this effect. So, jump on in and find out more about this way your mind works as well as why you would want to add a gratitude practice to your day to help counteract this.
