How To Uninstall Microsoft OneDrive App In Windows 10

In this video I will show you how to uninstall Microsoft OneDrive application on your Windows PC. I will also take you through the process of removing your files and folders from OneDrive's online cloud storage by either showing you how to make an offline back up of those files and folders if you would like to keep them or by deleting them if you have no interest in the files and would like to completely erase them.

Steps to uninstall Microsoft OneDrive app from your Windows 10 PC:

1. Navigate to the bottom left hand corner of your task bar and left click on the search box
2. Type "This PC"
3. Open "This PC" application
4. Double click on your Windows (C:) drive
5. Double click on "Users"
6. Double click on your Username
7. Double click on "OneDrive"
8. Backup or delete to clear your OneDrive folders online cloud storage.
9. Once you have cleared your OneDrive folder, navigate to the bottom right hand corner of your task bar and right click on the OneDrive icon
10. Left click on "Close OneDrive"
11. Windows will then ask you if you're sure you want to close OneDrive, simply left click on "Close OneDrive"
12. Once OneDrive has been closed, navigate to the bottom left hand corner of your task bar and left click on the search box
13. Type "Add or Remove Programs"
14. Open "Add or Remove Programs" System Settings
15. You will now have Apps & Features open
16. At the bottom, you should see a list of all your apps and programs that you have installed on your device. You can either use the search box above the list to find Microsoft OneDrive by typing in " Microsoft OneDrive" or you can scroll through the list to find Microsoft OneDrive
17. Once you have found Microsoft OneDrive, left click on it to select it and click on "Uninstall" a small window will open, left click on "Uninstall" once again.
18. You will now be prompted by the User Account Control where Windows will ask you if you want to allow Microsoft OneDrive to make changes to your device. Left click on "Yes" to uninstall Microsoft OneDrive.

Congratulations, you have successfully uninstalled the Microsoft OneDrive app from your computer.
