How To Enable And Open Developer Console (~) On Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

In this video, I will show you how to enable the Counter-Strike developer console, open it, and then enter your first command. The developer console is a window that opens up when you press the ` or ~ key on your keyboard, it is meant for developers but casual gamers will find it useful too. It allows you to type in various commands to customize your game, for example it can be used to visually enhance your gaming experience by changing your in game crosshairs, see important information about the game, or save you time by shortening menu navigation.

Steps To Enable And Open Developer Console On CS:GO:

1. On the main CS:GO menu, click on the Settings menu on the left hand side (If you are in game press ESC first on your keyboard)
2. Click Game
3. Change Enable Developer Console (~) from No to Yes
4. Press ` or ~ on your keyboard to open the console
5. You can now type in commands into your console for example:

connect IP_Address

This console command will connect you directly to your favorite community server instead of having to find it in the community server list.
