Can I Create This Tricky CSS Button Animation?

Fancy animations are not needed to create an impressive looking website, but having animations can take your boring website to the next level. In this video I will attempt to create a complex submit button animation that leads to a loading bar followed by a checkmark. I am not an expert in animations and there are plenty of mistakes, but overall I am really proud of how the end result turned out.
