This TINY Rust Filled SEIZED Up Part On My Chevy Volt Was Causing A BIG Problem

My gen 2 Chevy Volt has been an amazing car but other people have been driving it for the last year. When I got it back the check engine light was on and it was shaking and shuddering all the time... I'm pretty sure carbon covered intake valves are the issue so today we're tearing the intake manifold off and walnut blasting the valves to get it back to running like it's new.
