C64 USB Keyboard Joysticks and Paddles for VICE

This project takes a broken Commodore 64 and transforms it into a Composite USB device supporting keyboard, joysticks and paddles. Based around a PIC18F4550 this project implements a full-speed USB 2.0 composite device which is designed to work as a front-end to the VICE C64 emulator.
