HotFix for Nvidia Shield Experience 8.0 upgrade issues

The new HotFix+ (second Hotfix!) solves some of the Nvidia Shield TV update (upgrade) to Android 9 Pie, AKA Nvidia Shield Experience 8.0 issues. The HotFix is available if you sign up (link below) on the Geforce forums.

Tha HotFix solves some of the previous issues like: unable to set default launcher, 5.1 audio, CEC/Ir, Netflix, Prime and some streaming apps not working properly, apps disappearing from the home screen and 3rd party launcher applications. Many of these WILL be solved with the new HotFix+ (available only to those who sign up for it). Others will have to wait for Nvidia Shield 8.1 to be released – whenever that may be….
