Hotfix #3 for Nvidia Shield Experience 8.0 upgrade - more issues FIXED

The new HotFix+ #3 for the Nvidia Shield TV update (upgrade) to Android 9 Pie (AKA Nvidia Shield Experience 8.0) deals with many of the PENDING issues. Many were still having CEC issues - now solved! What were you looking for in this fix? Did it solve things for you? Comment down below.
