HotFix #2 for Nvidia Shield Experience 8.0 upgrade - default launcher issue FIXED

The new HotFix+ #2 solves many of the Nvidia Shield TV update (upgrade) to Android 9 Pie (AKA Nvidia Shield Experience 8.0) PENDING issues. For us, the most important fix was the default launcher issue. What were you looking for in this fix? Did it solve things for you? Comment down below.
