Talks Scheduled for Today As Russia Takes Major Ukrainian City

Overnight reports have come in that the Russians have fully taken their first major Ukrainian city. The port city of Kherson is now under Russian control.

More Russian forces are moving towards South Odessa, where the Ukrainian navy is centered.

This is the backdrop for continued talks today. The Russians have used the word "ceasefire", which should be good news to everyone. Just don't ask the Western media.
