If you have a 64-bit (x64) operating system for Windows, then click on the "Download" button on the line that says "64-bit x64" with ".msi" under "Type". *If you have a 32-bit (x86) operating system for Windows, then click on the "Download" button on the line that says "32-bit x86" with ".msi" under "Type".

Instructions to Download & Extract ePSXe, the PS1 emulator.
First, go to ePSXe.com
To the left, click on "Downloads".
Click on the top link titled "ePSXe v1.9.0 Windows". It should then download.
Press the start button, go to "Computer", and click on "Downloads" in the left of the folder.
Now, right click the file that's titled "ePSXe190", go down to "7-Zip", and select "Extract Here".
Instructions to place the bios & plugin:
You need the bios file here. Like I said in the video, I can't tell you where to get it, but a quick google search should point you in the right direction.
If you have the BIOS file, make sure it's a .BIN file like I show in the video. If it's in a .zip file, then extract it using 7-zip or a similar application and put it in the "bios" folder in your ePSXe directory.
Once you have the .BIN (BIOS) file, make sure you have GPU plugins. The appropriate ones can be found here: http://www.pbernert.com/gpupete177.zip
Once you have the plugins zip file (Should be titled "gpupete177" or something similar), then right-click, go down to "7-Zip", and click ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hrjwk3tSkLw
