My most recent project has been taking longer than expected and it may be a while until that endeavour is complete and the video is ready to upload. So, while that is in progress, I thought I would share with you one of my recent polyrhythm experiments.

I present to you over an hour and a half of meditative music featuring 9 etheric tones that cycle around at varying bpm's, creating the mesmerising polyrhythmic melange. The sounds were recorded using the incomplete project I previously mentioned (kind of a cheeky sneak preview!).

The accompanying video was synced to the audio as best as I could manage - not an easy task with 9 different tempos, 9 unique visual layers and over 1h 30 mins of footage; especially when the CPU and GPU are struggling to keep up!

Think it turned out pretty good in the end.
