In this video we cover the entire process of creating a weapon crate from start to finish, from Blender to Substance Painter And Then To Unity. This is my complete workflow for Blender, Substance Painter And Unity For Now. There is a little bit of everything in this video it is a blender tutorial, a substance painter tutorial and a unity tutorial all in one.
What will be covered:
How to model the high and low poly version of the weapon crate/loot crate. How to Unwrap and vertex paint the low poly model of the weapon crate/loot crate. Preparing it for export. Exporting it for use in substance painter. Importing it into substance painter. Baking the high poly detail onto the low poly mesh for the bevels. Baking the material ID map for the model.
